Shipping policy

THORBEAM offers 3-5 business day shipping as our standard shipping option. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice. Standard shipping is FREE on all US orders $50 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For orders totaling less than $50, there is an additional shipping charge.

US shipping times and expected delivery dates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to make the first scan, shipping updates will be available on their website using the links below:

We are not able to change the delivery address once a tracking number is issued to your order.

Please contact us if you haven’t received your order 14 business days after your shipment was confirmed.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Standard shipping to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses is via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. 

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. If the order is placed after the cut-off time, on a weekend, or on a US holiday it will be processed the following business day. Orders will not be processed on weekends or the following US holidays:

International Shipping

International shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery address. Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in your order total and shipping cost. THORBEAM is not responsible for these charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to placing your order.
