Only products purchased from our our website or authorized dealers may be liable for warranty returns/exchange. Initiating a warranty claim is as simple as contacting the authorized dealer where you purchased the product, informing them of the issue, and they will provide instructions with the necessary steps to follow.

How do I claim warranty for offline purchases at authorized retail store?
To claim a warranty, you have to contact the store where you purchased your LED bulbs. If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, an authorized dealer will, as your only remedy, exchange the LED bulbs for new bulbs or functionally equivalent new bulbs.
