Return & Refund Policy

1. If you submitted a return request within 30 days of your purchase, a return shipping label or return address will be emailed to you.
2. All items must be returned in the same condition as when it was received. Item(s) must have all original tags and must accompany its original packaging, plastic covering, manuals, and all accessories.
3. Returns that do not have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) will not be accepted.
4. Drop off your package at your local post office.

Refund. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment method. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message.

Exchange. Most exchanges are processed within 2 business days after we receive your package. We will send you a confirmation email once your package is shipped.

Quality or Seller’s Problem as listed below – Free Returns

Wrong item, missing parts, defective item, arrived damaged. Please Contact Us within 30 days of receipt for a Free Return or Exchange.

We guarantee all of our products are brand new and of high quality.

Buyer’s Problem as listed below – Buyer pays for return shipping

Buyer error, ordered the wrong item, changed mind. Product can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt and buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
